Question:
Are obsolete currencies supposed to be listed with the current currencies?
Possible reasons they are still listed:
- Historical reference
- Archival purposes
- Transactions involving old debts
- Collectibles
- Legal obligations that still recognize those currencies
- Rates for certain old currencies can still be converted under specific agreements or for people holding them as part of rare exchanges
